Case Power Kit

Everything you need to power your Eurorack case in one kit: MEAN WELL RT65-B power supplies, Channel 37 bus boards, mounting hardware, an AC power socket and an AC power cable. Choose the size of your case, whether you want to solder the bus boards yourself or get them ready built, and how you want to mount them.

What's in the kit

• MEAN WELL RT65-B power supply: 1, 2 or 3 pieces
• Bus boards, 2 per power supply (2, 4 or 6 pieces): as a kit (PCB with all components, solder it yourself) or ready built (assembled)
• Mounting: wood screws + bus board spacers for wooden cases, or adhesive bus board standoffs (12 per bus board) for plastic or metal cases
• 1 AC power socket with switch and fuse holder
• 1 AC power cable with EU plug (1.5 m)

Also needed for wiring

Wire and connectors are not included, because the amount depends on your case. You'll need:

• Electrical wire 2.5 mm (sold per metre) to connect the AC socket to the power supplies, and the power supplies to the bus boards
• Wire splitter 1-3 to split one wire (for example earth) to up to 3 power supplies
• Wire splitter 2-6 to split live and neutral from the AC socket to up to 3 power supplies
• Wire connector 4 way to join up to 4 wires together
• An earth connector to ground your power supplies and bus boards:
  • Little earth connector for 1 Mean Well with 2 bus boards
  • Big earth connector for 2 Mean Wells and up (one big connector grounds 2 power supplies and 4 bus boards)

Working with mains voltage is dangerous. If you are not sure what you are doing, have the AC side wired by a qualified person, and always check the bus boards for shorts before connecting your modules.
